Office Manager / Bookkeeper . We are seeking a multi-talented professional who can seamlessly blend financial administration with the management of daily office operations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep expertise in QuickBooks and Paychex. You will be the backbone of the office, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and that administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:
Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including processing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances. Process payroll accurately and on time using Paychex. Execute vendor payments and manage vendor relationships. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records. Maintain and manage the company's financial data within QuickBooks, generating reports as needed. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Office Operations & Administration:
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support. Manage office supplies, equipment, and relationships with service vendors. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team. Organize and maintain company files and records, both electronic and physical. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or a similar role combining administrative and financial responsibilities. Expert proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Direct experience processing payroll with Paychex is required. Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles (AP, AR, bank reconciliations). High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail). Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is a plus. What We Offer
