About the Role: CFO
As Chief Financial Officer, you\'ll oversee all financial functions of the enterprise while also leading corporate strategy, capital structure, and M&A. You\'ll be the trusted financial voice at the leadership table, partnering with ownership to drive growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.
Responsibilities
Provide enterprise-wide financial leadership: strategic planning, corporate finance, capital allocation, and treasury
Lead and modernize accounting, reporting, FP&A, and compliance functions
Guide M&A strategy, including evaluation, due diligence, and integration
Manage banking, bonding, insurance, and liquidity planning
Drive ERP and financial technology initiatives for scalable growth
Translate financial performance into actionable insights for ownership/Board
Mentor, develop, and scale the finance/accounting leadership team
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and executive leadership team
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
12+ years of progressive financial leadership, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or related industries
Proven track record in corporate finance, M&A, and strategic planning
