Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a leading, PE-backed Healthcare company who are seeking a dynamic and driven FP&A Manager to join their expanding finance team.
Responsibilities
Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans across multiple service lines and entities.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and business performance insights.
Provide actionable financial reporting and variance analysis to senior leadership, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with operations, accounting, and executive teams to enhance financial visibility and drive business performance.
Oversee monthly management reporting, including KPI dashboards and entity-level P&L reviews.
Support M&A activity, new business initiatives, and capital investment evaluations through financial analysis and scenario modelling.
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
3-7 years in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles, healthcare or multi-entity experience preferred.
Strong analytical acumen with demonstrated experience in financial modelling, consolidation, and performance reporting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
Strong business partnering capabilities, with a track record of influencing decision-making at senior levels.
Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts preferred.
CPA or CFA certification is an advantage, but not required.
