Under the general supervision of a Staff Services Manager III (SSMIII), the Staff Services Manager I (SSMI) will act as the lead for the Division of Budgets for the on-boarding effort of the Financial Information System for California (Fi$Cal). Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the Staff Services Manager I exam. For those without current eligibility and/or who are new to state civil service employment, you must be on the state examination list to be eligible. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) required. The SOQ is a narrative of education, training, skills, and experience that best qualify a candidate for the position and serves as documentation of the candidate's ability to present information clearly in writing. Position located at 1120 N Street, Sacramento, CA. This position may be eligible for telework at the department’s discretion. In-person attendance may be required based on operational needs.
