We are seeking a highly motivated
Project Manager
with a proven track record of leading complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution, as well as the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead, plan, and execute large-scale projects across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, construction, and engineering. Develop and manage project schedules using tools such as
Primavera P6
and
Microsoft Project
to track progress and milestones. Monitor budgets, financials, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective project delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication. Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and updates for executives and leadership teams. Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, and technical staff to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and contract requirements. Facilitate risk assessments, identify issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Lead progress meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive accountability and performance. Mentor junior staff and support professional development within the project team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
(or equivalent experience). 5+ years
of project management experience in engineering, infrastructure, or construction. Proficiency with
Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project controls software . Strong background in budget management, cost controls, and contract compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly. Experience working with government agencies, large contractors, or major infrastructure programs is highly desirable. PMP or equivalent certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
