We are the first and only network-deployed platform that solves complex multi-party returns, warranties, and repairs across supply chains. Our mission: If a product moves up the supply chain in B2B distribution or manufacturing, we own it. Role Description The Business Development Representative plays a critical role in building Continuum’s sales pipeline. You will be the first point of contact for executives at leading manufacturers and distributors, creating awareness of how Continuum solves a painful problem in the supply chain. This is an early-stage opportunity for someone looking to grow inside a high-velocity organization. You will generate demand, qualify opportunities, and set meetings with decision-makers that fit our Ideal Customer Profile. You’ll use a mix of phone, email, and social prospecting to break into accounts and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine strategies. Responsibilities Own the first stage of the sales process by creating qualified meetings with executives in our ICP. Execute structured outreach using phone, email, and social channels. Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. Present Continuum’s solution to prospective clients at a high level and spark further interest. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate next steps. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Partner closely with Marketing, Account Executives, and Sales Leadership to grow pipeline. Consistently achieve and exceed activity and pipeline creation targets. Requirements and Skills Grit, perseverance, and a bias for action. Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow. Ambitious and motivated by achieving and exceeding goals. Excellent communication skills—confident both written and verbal. Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred, but not required. 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but exceptional entry-level candidates will be considered. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus. Understanding of sales performance metrics and prospecting best practices. Why Join Continuum?
