Temporary Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Jackson Health System. The role serves as a strategic business partner with JHS hiring departments to attract and retain qualified and culturally fit candidates, supporting the business needs of the department/unit by executing people strategies related to recruitment and retention. Miami, FL – Full-Time Responsibilities

Responsible for the recruitment of specialty positions. Work closely with hiring managers to forecast recruitment needs. Assist in implementing recruitment strategies to drive staffing efficiencies and reduce overtime and agency utilization. Source candidates using a variety of outlets (postings, social media) targeting the right candidates for the job. Continuously seek and recommend creative new sourcing methods. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for supported specialty areas. Recruit, evaluate qualifications, interview, refer candidates, coordinate pre-employment processes, and negotiate/close job offers. Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers. Collaborate on team projects such as University relations, internships, recruiting events, TA branding/marketing, and team training opportunities. Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience

Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience. Education

Bachelor's degree in related field is required. Skills

Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professionalism. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment. Valid license or certification is required as needed, based on the job or specialty. Working Conditions
