Warehouse Manager We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Warehouse Manager
to oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, storage, and shipping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to meet performance and productivity goals. Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. Oversee receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations. Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and standards to ensure operational efficiency. Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a team-oriented environment. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to optimize supply chain efficiency. Monitor and maintain health, safety, and security standards within the warehouse. Track KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on-time shipments, inventory turnover) and prepare reports for management. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs when necessary. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, with 1+ years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices. Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Forklift certification (if applicable).
