Talent Acquisition Specialist | DC, MD, VA | HR & SCL | LHH Recruitment Solutions LHH is partnering with a nonprofit organization in the Washington, DC area to recruit a Front Office Coordinator to support front office and administrative tasks. This is a temporary position with the potential to convert to permanent. Pay is between $21-$24 per hour, which equates to approximately $50,000-$53,000 annually once converted, based on experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of office support experience and the ability to start as soon as this week. This position requires onsite work 5 days a week and offers free parking.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email

Maintain office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed

Support administrative staff with various tasks and projects

Assist with event coordination and preparation

Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office support or front desk role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional and friendly demeanor

Ability to start immediately and commit to onsite work 5 days a week

Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
