Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Location:

Onsite - 9800 W Sample Rd Coral Springs, FL 33065 Key Responsibilities: Welcome patients and manage appointment scheduling. Handle daily collections and routine inquiries, forwarding complex requests as needed. Assist with inventory management and complete business office reports. Process daily reports, including incomplete encounters and No Show reports, following office protocols. Conduct patient intake and registration efficiently. Provide phone and administrative support for healthcare providers. Manage New Patient Registration using Allscripts PM. Oversee the Patient Portal for optimal user experience. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (or higher). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic health records. Previous receptionist experience in a healthcare setting. Office administrative, receptionist, or clerical experience in a medical environment. Understanding of medical terminology. Bilingual in Spanish. Your compensation will reflect various factors, including local labor markets, qualifications, and experience. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $16.00 to $27.69 based on full-time employment.
