Your primary focus will include: Delivering outstanding customer service. Maintaining high standards in product quality and facility specifications. Ensuring safe food handling procedures. Managing financial performance to achieve target profit margins. Recruiting, training, and motivating staff. Develop and implement the restaurant's operating plan. Analyze sales, labor, and inventory regularly to achieve financial goals. Mentor team members on financial performance. Operational Management:
Maintain facilities and equipment to company standards. Monitor daily inventory and food preparation processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Human Resources:
Oversee all HR activities, including hiring, training, and performance management. Ensure a fair and equitable work environment while complying with workplace regulations. Success Metrics: Achievement of operating plan. Improvement in margins and sales growth. Positive feedback from customer satisfaction and employee engagement surveys.
