PURPOSE

Lead product and brand execution across focus categories for Amazon. Own the sell in and sell through process, collaborating with merchandising and retail activation teams to achieve profitable growth and elevate brand presence.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Build and execute strategic sales plans that align with brand and category goals

Analyze performance and apply innovative tactics to improve profitability and sell through

Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to activate impactful programs

Maintain strong relationships across internal departments and key account contacts

Resolve compliance and credit issues while ensuring timely reporting and forecasting

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Expertise in retail metrics and financial data to influence outcomes

Ability to develop logical assortment plans based on space, inventory, and sell through

Skilled in negotiation and influencing across internal and external teams

Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

QUALIFICATIONS

Four year degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field

Minimum eight years of field sales experience with key accounts in consumer goods

Experience in the sporting goods industry preferred

  • At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Portland, OR.
  • Though our teammates hail from all corners of the world, our working language is English.
