Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at DuPont Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the member dining services, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service. The Restaurant (Member Dining) Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in all Member Dining Outlets and for ensuring the most efficient use of resources to achieve those goals.
Duties include managing and hiring staff, coordinating food and beverage services, and maintaining communication with team members and guests to ensure a high-quality dining experience. The role also involves monitoring inventory, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Minimum of two years' experience in Hotel or Restaurant Management
- Hiring and Communication skills
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in POS Software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high-volume outlets
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
- Flexible and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays — when our members are most active
