Overview
The DuPont Country Club, located in the Brandywine Valley, is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join the Member Dining department. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in all Member Dining outlets and for ensuring the most efficient use of resources to achieve those goals. Responsibilities
Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in all Member Dining outlets. Manage resources efficiently to achieve service goals. Qualifications
Minimum two years’ experience in hotel or restaurant management. Beverage experience including inventory, ordering and cocktail creation. Proficiency with computer and restaurant software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Email, Point of Sale systems, and social media. Experience with hiring and training staff. Experience with schedule creation and management. Ability to manage multiple high-volume outlets. Highly organized with excellent customer service skills. Location and Compensation
