We seek a senior leader as Head of Ad Tech Sales Italy. This role will lead a sales team specialized on Amazon Advertising's Ad Tech solutions, including Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth collaborating with Advertisers, Agencies, and Partners Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate adoption of AdTech solutions, focusing on enterprise and technology sales models Develop a high-performing sales team, establishing input and output metrics and mechanisms to drive desired business outcomes Serve as a thought leader within Amazon Ads, and build effective partnerships with key stakeholders Influence Product roadmap development, go-to-market and services strategies, to meeting customers' demands and drive scale Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree required 10+ years of sales experience in digital advertising or marketing / advertising technology, with demonstrated revenue growth achievement Minimum of 5 years' experience managing sales teams and driving organizational performance Proven track record of building and scaling successful enterprise sales organizations Advanced knowledge of Marketing and Advertising Technology solutions, including programmatic and measurement solutions Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership Expert ability to analyze market opportunities, assess risks, and make strategic decisions that drive business growth Preferred Qualifications
Proven success in Enterprise technology sales within the Mar Tech or Ad Tech space Track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technical products Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
