What you’ll do
Oversee daily ops for the St. Louis hospice branch Lead and coach clinical and admin staff Ensure compliance with state and Medicare hospice regs Partner with clinical leadership to improve care delivery Drive census growth and referral relationships Manage budgets, staffing, and quality scores Must-haves
3+ years hospice or home health leadership Proven record managing multi-disciplinary teams Strong understanding of hospice compliance and survey prep Bachelor’s in healthcare or business field (Master’s preferred) Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle Perks & pay
