Principal Consultant - OSS Lead Consultant | Infosys Infosys is seeking an
OSS Lead Consultant . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will help create high level design artifacts, deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Responsibilities
Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across SDLC stages, including Requirements Elicitation, Architecture definition and Design
Create high level design artifacts and deliver high quality code deliverables for a module
Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty
Be part of a learning culture with teamwork, collaboration, excellence, and respect for diversity
Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Tampa, FL and be willing to relocate
This position may require travel to project locations
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education considered
At least 11 years of Information Technology experience
At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology as Project Manager
At least 3+ years’ experience in OSS/BSS Domain and working in Telecom Industry as Project Manager
Knowledge of Service provisioning, Service assurance, Order provisioning, and Operations management
Experience in Project Management, Global Delivery Model, Support Program & Product Management, Project Design Review, Project Audit
Programming/Development Tools: Java, Apache/Tomcat, Kafka, MicroServices, Spring Boot
Databases: Oracle, NoSQL
DevOps tools: CI/CD, Jenkins, Jira, Git
