Responsibilities
Lead and manage full-cycle payroll operations using Workday Payroll and ADP Smart Compliance across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution for a diverse workforce. Serve as the organization’s payroll subject matter expert, overseeing system optimization, complex pay structures, healthcare labor regulations, and integrations with timekeeping and HR systems. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT teams while mentoring payroll staff, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and outstanding employee support. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (required). Minimum of 5 years+ of payroll management experience with at least 3+ years using Workday Payroll and ADP (Required). Experience handling multi-state payroll for over 1,000 employees (required). Healthcare industry experience (preferred). Strong leadership background. Salary: $120k-$130k annually.
