We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale transportation and electrical infrastructure projects throughout the region. The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project execution, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance, while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing civil and electrical construction projects involving DOT, municipal, or utility clients and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of assigned projects from pre-construction through closeout. Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Coordinate with engineers, field superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Oversee procurement and material delivery schedules to align with project milestones. Ensure all work meets contract specifications and applicable regulatory requirements (DOT, NEC, OSHA, etc.). Lead progress meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate project updates and resolve issues. Promote and enforce company safety culture and ensure site compliance with all safety protocols. Support project estimating, bid preparation, and subcontractor negotiations as needed. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field required. Minimum 5-10 years of project management experience in heavy civil, transportation, or electrical construction. Proven track record managing DOT, municipal, or infrastructure projects preferred. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Primavera P6, Procore, or similar project management software preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills. OSHA 30 certification required (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). PMP, STS, or DBIA certification a plus. Benefits:
