Please note, many of our clients are open to paying or waiting for annual bonuses. Executive & Team Support

Provide high-touch administrative support to a small team of investment professionals Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prioritize competing commitments Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and logistics Prepare internal documents, meeting materials, and briefing packets Process expenses and maintain meticulous records in accordance with firm policies Operations & Project Coordination

Support investor presentations, pipeline tracking, and diligence coordination Assist with document management, data entry, and CRM updates Liaise with external partners, portfolio companies, and internal stakeholders on behalf of the team Maintain high-quality standards in communication, formatting, and organization Assist with office operations and team initiatives as needed Firm & Culture Support

Help plan internal team offsites, partner meetings, and investor sessions Support recruiting coordination and onboarding logistics for new hires Uphold firm values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence Serve as a culture carrier, fostering a positive and professional team environment Qualifications

1–5 years of professional experience, ideally supporting senior executives or investment professionals Prior experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or financial services strongly preferred Exceptional organizational and time management skills with superior attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with CRM or deal-tracking systems Ability to anticipate needs and operate with judgment, discretion, and confidentiality What We Offer
