Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities at PwC will specialise in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. Responsibilities

Apply sound judgment, know when to act and when to escalate; solve through complexity and communicate how things fit together. Develop and sustain high performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, contributing to the Firm’s success. Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. Direct the team through ambiguity, challenging and uncertain situations. Deepen and evolve expertise to stay relevant; initiate open coaching conversations at all levels. Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness. Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm’s code of conduct, independence requirements. Lead teams and navigate difficult client conversations; monitor workloads and provide candid, timely feedback. Work collaboratively with a global team and all levels of an organization. Apply knowledge of operational metrics to support strategic plans, dashboard design, and benchmarking/industry practices. Advise global organizations through transformations from strategy through execution. Manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously. Demonstrate commercial acumen, experience identifying opportunities and creating proposals. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree 7 years of experience in a consulting environment advising corporates on finance and treasury transformation and/or technology enhancements, or selling/implementing technology solutions for finance and treasury, or working directly in a corporation performing core treasury or IT activities Preferred Qualifications

Master of Business Administration (MBA) Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science CPA, CTP, or CFA; TMS Vendor Certification Demonstrates deep expertise in managing teams to deliver finance and treasury strategy, design and implementation projects Experience with Treasury Management Systems and payment tools (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, GTreasury, SAP Treasury, Ion, Trax, HighRadius, Bottomline) Knowledge of bank connectivity (API, SWIFT, multi-bank reporting) and global liquidity management techniques Proficiency with collaboration and data-driven storytelling tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, BI tools) Adaptability to ambiguity and strong communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders Experience leading teams and handling client discussions Strong project and workload management, feedback delivery, and leadership communication Ability to work with a global team Experience applying operational metrics to support strategic plans and benchmarking Advising global organizations through transformations from strategy to execution Managing multiple complex engagements concurrently Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus eligible annual discretionary bonus. Compensation may vary by location and qualifications.
