Finance Solutions- Treasury Technology Consultant, Senior Manager

Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities at PwC will specialise in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions.
Responsibilities and expectations include growing as a strategic advisor, leveraging influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching others, solving complex problems, applying sound judgment, and escalations when needed. You are expected to solve through ambiguity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. Responsibilities
Lead and deliver finance and treasury strategy, design, and implementation projects for global organizations.
Manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously, balancing client needs and team capacity.
Direct teams through ambiguity, maintain composure in challenging situations, and provide candid feedback.
Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities; validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback.
Develop dashboards, metrics, and visual storytelling to communicate progress and results.
Collaborate with a global team at all organizational levels and manage client relationships effectively.
Maintain knowledge of treasury technology, processes, and market practices; adapt to digital technologies impacting Finance and Accounting.
Support capital structure optimization, liquidity management, and other corporate finance activities; advise on M&A and divestitures as needed.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 7 years of experience in a consulting environment advising corporates on finance and treasury transformation and/or technology enhancements, or selling/implementing finance and treasury technology solutions, or direct corporate treasury/IT experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration
Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science
Certification(s): CPA, CTP, CFA; TMS Vendor Certification
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver results in treasury transformations and technology implementations.
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of corporate treasury components (cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, debt, currency/commodity hedging).
Experience implementing Treasury Management Systems and payment tools (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, Integrity, GTreasury, SAP Treasury, Ion, Trax, HighRadius, Bottomline).
Understanding of bank connectivity options (API, SWIFT, multi-bank reporting) and global liquidity techniques (pooling, in-house banks, payment factories, multilateral netting).
Proficiency with collaboration, automation, and data storytelling tools (Microsoft 365, Power BI, G-Suite, BI tools).
Familiarity with digital technologies impacting Finance and Accounting (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, AI/ML).
Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and ability to simplify complex information.
Experience leading teams, managing workloads, and providing timely feedback to leadership.
Ability to work with a global team and navigate diverse organizational cultures.
Applying operational metrics to support strategic plans and benchmarking practices.
Advising global organizations through transformations from strategy to execution.
Benefits and Other Details The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000, plus eligibility for annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and applicable laws.
