HRIS Analyst (Workday HCM) role at Randstad Digital Americas. Location: Bethesda, Maryland. This position focuses on Workday integrations, custom reporting, and security, with certification considered a plus. Salary: $110k - $120k per year. Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, Onsite in Bethesda. Education: Bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities
System Optimization & Strategy: Serve as the SME for all Workday-related issues. You will lead regular system maintenance, test and deploy new feature upgrades, and proactively identify opportunities to customize workflows and improve efficiency. Technical Configuration & Integration: Take charge of hands-on technical tasks, including building system integrations, managing data conversions, and developing complex custom reports and dashboards for HR and Finance. You will also manage security policies and ensure data integrity across the platform. User Enablement & Support: Provide expert-level support to all internal users. You will troubleshoot escalated issues, manage user accounts and permissions, and act as a key partner to the HR, IT, and Finance teams, ensuring they are maximizing the system's performance. Qualifications
Workday Expertise: A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting and implementing the Workday platform in a business environment. Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Workday Studio, calculated fields, custom reporting, integrations, and security configuration. Certifications: Workday Certification in HCM, Finance, or both is highly preferred. Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to work effectively across departments and communicate complex technical information to users at all organizational levels. Problem-Solving Mindset: A strong focus on data accuracy, thorough documentation, and a passion for troubleshooting and resolving system bugs and process failures.
