$110,000 – $120,000 per year , and standard work hours from 9am to 5pm. Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree. What You'll Do
System Optimization & Strategy: Serve as the SME for all Workday-related issues. Lead regular system maintenance, test and deploy new feature upgrades, and proactively identify opportunities to customize workflows and improve efficiency. Technical Configuration & Integration: Build system integrations, manage data conversions, and develop complex custom reports and dashboards for HR and Finance. Manage security policies and ensure data integrity across the platform. User Enablement & Support: Provide expert-level support to internal users. Troubleshoot escalated issues, manage user accounts and permissions, and partner with HR, IT, and Finance teams to maximize system performance. Qualifications
Workday Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting and implementing the Workday platform in a business environment. Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Workday Studio, calculated fields, custom reporting, integrations, and security configuration. Certifications: Workday Certification in HCM, Finance, or both is highly preferred. Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work across departments and communicate complex technical information to users at all levels. Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong focus on data accuracy, thorough documentation, and troubleshooting system bugs and process failures. Additional Details
