Job Title: Sr. Healthcare Recruiter
Location: 100% On-site
Pay: $80k-$90k DOE
Type: Direct Hire

Job Description:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for all provider and senior-level positions, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local schools, colleges, and at professional healthcare events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop strategic physician recruitment plans.
  • Maintain and update candidate tracking databases, documenting all recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and onsite interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
  • Partner with external agencies and recruiters as needed to fill open positions promptly.
  • Analyze turnover data and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving retention and reducing time-to-fill metrics.
  • Assist in creating and revising job descriptions as necessary.
  • Research and recommend effective, cost-efficient advertising and sourcing resources.
  • Participate in conferences, job fairs, and other recruitment events. Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, TFHC, state, federal, and accreditation standards.
  • Support TFHCs Mission, Vision, and Values, working collaboratively with all teams.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university (HR-related major preferred).
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as an HR Recruiter in a high-volume healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
