Lead and manage a legal team to support Corporate Treasury and various Corporate Financial Transactions Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in financial transactions and regulatory support Liaise with state insurance departments for approvals on material financial transactions Provide strategic thought leadership on legal and regulatory support for financial transactions Oversee and advise on corporate treasury activities and banking agreements Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an American Bar Association-accredited law school Fully licensed in accordance with OCLO policy and in good standing Minimum of ten years of legal practice with regulatory experience preferred Strong understanding of insurance, financial, and investment regulations Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience in corporate finance, banking law, corporate law, and life and annuity reinsurance Familiarity with state insurance financial regulation Ability to engage and manage outside counsel legal support Additional Information
