Overview At PwC, our people in finance consulting specialise in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. These individuals analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities at PwC will specialise in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
7 year(s) of working in a consulting environment advising corporates on finance and treasury transformation and/or technology enhancements or, selling and/or implementing technology solutions for finance and treasury areas or, working directly in a corporation performing core treasury or IT related activities
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science
MBA
CPA, CTP, or CFA; TMS Vendor Certification
Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrates deep abilities with managing teams to deliver finance and treasury strategy, design and implementation projects.
Understanding of corporate treasury (global cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, debt, corporate finance, currency and commodity hedging).
Experience implementing Treasury Management Systems and Payment tools (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, Integrity, GTreasury, SAP Treasury, Ion, Trax, HighRadius, Bottomline).
Knowledge of bank connectivity options (API, SWIFT, multi-bank reporting).
Global liquidity management techniques (pooling, in-house banks, payment factories, multilateral netting).
Proficiency with collaboration, automation and data-driven storytelling using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and BI tools.
Familiarity with digital technologies and their impact on Finance and Accounting (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SnapLogic, RPA, AI/ML).
Ability to work with ambiguity and address client needs to deliver top-level results.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and influence stakeholders.
Experience leading teams and navigating difficult client conversations.
Capability to monitor workloads, provide candid feedback, and keep leadership informed of progress and issues.
Experience collaborating with a global team and across levels of an organization.
Knowledge of operational metrics to support strategic plans, dashboard design and benchmarking.
Advising global organizations through transformations from strategy through execution.
Ability to manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
Commercial acumen with experience identifying opportunities and creating proposals.
Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
