Finance Solutions- Treasury Technology Consultant, Senior Manager At PwC, our people in finance consulting specialise in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. These individuals analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities at PwC will specialise in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. Responsibilities

Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness. Model professional and technical standards and uphold the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Minimum 7 years of experience in a consulting environment advising corporates on finance and treasury transformation and/or technology enhancements, or selling/implementing technology solutions for finance and treasury, or working directly in a corporation in core treasury or IT activities Preferred Qualifications Master of Business Administration Preferred Fields Of Study Accounting, Finance, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science Additional Educational Preferences MBA Certification(s) Preferred CPA, CTP, or CFA; TMS Vendor Certification Preferred Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates abilities and a proven record of leading teams to deliver finance and treasury strategy, design and implementation projects, including: Possessing a systematic understanding of corporate treasury (global cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, debt, corporate finance, currency and commodity hedging) Implementing Treasury Management Systems and Payment tools (Kyriba, Quantum, Integrity, GTreasury, SAP Treasury, Ion, Trax, High Radius, Bottomline, among others) Knowledge of bank connectivity options (API, SWIFT, multi-bank reporting) Global liquidity management techniques (pooling, in-house banks, payment factories, multilateral netting) Technologies that support collaboration, automation and data-driven storytelling (Microsoft 365, G Suite,BI tools) Digital technologies and their impact on Finance and Accounting (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, AI/ML) Ability to work with ambiguity while addressing client needs and delivering results Strong communication and ability to simplify complex information and influence stakeholders Experience leading teams and navigating difficult client conversations Ability to monitor workloads, provide candid feedback, and keep leadership informed Collaborative work with global teams and various organizational levels Knowledge of operational metrics to support strategic plans, dashboards, and benchmarking Advising global organizations through transformations from strategy to execution Managing multiple complex engagements simultaneously Commercial acumen and experience identifying opportunities and developing proposals Additional Information
