Cobblestone Car Wash is a Spotless Brands Company and is one of the fastest growing and largest car wash platforms in the United States. Overview

The Site Manager is responsible for providing team leadership and support to the Assistant Site Manager and Associates, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining equipment, facilities, and inventory. This role reports to the District Manager. Responsibilities

Responsible for all financial accounting, including daily cash reconciliation and maintaining statistical and financial records. Ensure team members understand job responsibilities and demonstrate proficiency in all tasks. Be an active member of the local community by participating in community organizations. Back up and fill open shifts, at times with little to no notice. Maintain accountability and controls of the car wash site, including deposits, inventory, cashier machine functionality, discount codes, etc. Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Payroll/HR, Marketing and other departments to ensure operational success. Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are followed. Learn and understand business performance data and apply it to daily operations to increase productivity and sales. Respond accurately and on time to administrative duties and deadlines, including employee scheduling, accounting/banking, purchasing/inventory, etc. Oversee the location’s budget and help reach established goals. Assist with business development in the area. Manage facility security and promptly report potential breaches. Communicate respectfully with customers and team members. Track Crew Member hours to avoid overtime status. Other duties as assigned. People Management

Collaborate with HR and the District Manager to recruit and hire; ensure new associates are onboarded and trained on company policy, procedures, and operational functions. Handle employee conflicts with a fair and consistent approach in accordance with company policy. Work with HR regarding disciplinary actions and termination. Perform timely, fact-based performance evaluations and provide regular feedback. Create team and individual sales and operational competitions to aid in achieving performance and financial goals. Customer Service

Build brand loyalty by establishing trust with customers and meeting their expectations with integrity. Provide excellent customer service expected of all car wash associates; present a warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional image. Handle escalated customer complaints professionally, referring only the most complex issues to higher management. Facility Maintenance

Maintain the location’s facility, including cleanliness, equipment maintenance/repair, chemical care, and wash quality; manage vendor relationships. Provide and ensure safety and operational training for new associates on an ongoing basis for compliance and continuous improvement. Ensure proper PPE usage and maintain inventory; oversee the uniform policy/process. Auto Cleaning and Detailing

Perform duties of a Car Wash Associate as needed. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2–5 years in a management role in a car wash or other customer-focused retail establishment. Demonstrated leadership through personal behavior. Knowledge of company policies and procedures and ability to communicate effectively. Ability to calculate figures and interpret P&L statements; able to learn and apply financial data. Ability to interpret various forms of instruction (written, oral, diagram, or schedule). Decision-making aligned with company policies and escalation of non-standard problems as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); prior experience with a POS system desired. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus in many locations. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Physical Requirements

Stand for long periods; walk on uneven or wet surfaces; operate computers and various technology solutions. Work outdoors in all weather conditions; frequent stooping, bending, and repetitive hand/finger use. Occasional ladder use; noise levels range from moderate to loud. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; some local travel may be required. Typical workweek averages 50+ hours, with meetings during or after hours and on weekends. Compliance
