Cobblestone Car Wash is hiring Great People! We currently operate 45 sites in the Denver, Colorado area and have plans for continuous expansion. Cobblestone, a Spotless Brands Company, is one of the fastest growing and largest car wash platforms in the United States. Reporting to the District Manager, the Site Manager is responsible for providing team leadership and support to the Assistant Site Manager and Associates, overseeing daily operations including managing staff, responding to customer complaints, maintaining equipment and facilities, and maintaining inventory. Responsibilities

Operations Management: manage daily operations, financial accounting including daily cash reconciliation, maintain statistical and financial records; ensure team understands job responsibilities and proficiency; participate in the local community; back up and fill open shifts; maintain site accountability and controls (deposits, inventory, cashier machine functionality, discount codes, etc.); work cross-functionally with Accounting, Payroll/HR, Marketing and other departments; ensure opening/closing procedures are followed; learn and apply business performance data to increase productivity and sales; respond to administrative duties and deadlines (scheduling, accounting/banking, purchasing/inventory); oversee budget and assist with business development; manage facility security and report breaches; track crew hours to avoid overtime; other duties as assigned. People Management

Recruiting and onboarding in collaboration with HR and DM; ensure new associates are trained on company policy, procedures, and operational functions; handle employee conflicts using fair, policy-based approaches; assist with disciplinary actions and terminations; perform timely, fact-based performance evaluations with regular feedback; create team and individual sales and operational competitions to support performance and financial goals. Customer Service

Build brand loyalty by establishing trust with customers and meeting expectations with integrity; deliver excellent customer service; present a warm, professional image; professionally handle escalated customer complaints, referring only complex issues to higher management when necessary. Facility Maintenance

Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance/repair, chemical care, wash quality; manage vendor relationships; provide safety and operational training to new associates; ensure PPE usage and maintain inventory; oversee uniform policy/process. Auto Cleaning and Detailing

Perform duties of a Car Wash Associate as needed. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2-5 years of management experience in a car wash or customer-focused retail setting Demonstrated leadership through personal behavior Knowledge of company policies and procedures and ability to communicate effectively Ability to calculate figures (discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages) and learn/interpret P&L statements Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions Decision-making aligned with company policies; refer non-standard problems to management Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); prior POS system experience is a plus Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus; willingness to travel up to 25% Physical Requirements

Stand for long periods; walk on uneven or wet surfaces Use a computer and various technology solutions Work outdoors in all weather conditions Frequent stooping, crouching, bending; frequent use of hands and arms Frequent twisting, carrying, reaching, pushing and pulling Occasional ladder use Noise levels moderate to loud; occasional up to 50 pounds lift Local travel by vehicle may be required Average of 50+ hours per week with some meetings outside regular hours Employment Eligibility
