Direct Care & Treatment (DCT) is seeking an individual to join our Transitions Team for an exciting and rewarding opportunity as a Continuous Improvement Project Manager! This position will support strategic initiatives related to admissions, discharge, and customer satisfaction. You will be consulting with senior management in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for ongoing intra and inter agency continuous improvement projects that elevate the customer experience. You will be working on projects dedicated to improving patient throughput across DCT and effective transitions into the community and will elevate the experience for people served by DCT, tribes, counties, and other stakeholders. This position will support strategic initiatives related to admissions, discharge, and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month, day and year for each job held. Three (3) years of advanced experience in project management and coordinating the implementation of project objectives/deliverables within Behavior Health. Experience must demonstrate: Project management experience to efficiently manage processes, set and meet milestones and produce high visibility/high impact deliverables. Hands-on experience in leading, developing, implementing, and managing projects, preferably from inception to production. Working knowledge of project management tools (ex. SharePoint, MS Project, MS Office, Visio) Interpreting and leveraging user research, user testing, and data analytics to make and validate product decisions. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing; ability to respond openly to requests and concerns; experience translating technical information into plain language for a variety of audiences. Experience working directly with senior leadership, developing new, and creative solutions that meet identified needs. Bachelor’s or higher in business, health care mgmt., social work, sociology, psychology, public policy, public health, law, information technology, organizational development, project management, or other fields related to human services. Knowledge of Behavior Health and/or Healthcare terminology. Supervisory experience, including developing and managing a team in a new or changing environment.
