Employment Litigation Associate – Seattle, WA Our client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Seattle office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow their practice under the mentorship of top-tier partners, while working on complex employment litigation matters in a collaborative and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage employment litigation cases from start to finish, including:
Responding to pleadings and discovery Taking and defending depositions Drafting and arguing motions Participating in mediations and trial preparation
Provide day-to-day counsel to clients on a wide range of employment law challenges Draft and revise employee handbooks, workplace policies, and training programs Educate clients through learning programs that help businesses navigate employment-related challenges Leverage cutting-edge legal technology to provide innovative client solutions Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Admission to the Washington Bar is required 4-6 years of employment litigation experience Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Growth mindset with a commitment to client service and collaboration Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team-based environments Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary (compensation based on experience, skills, and internal equity): $180,000 - $210,000. Comprehensive benefits package, including:
