Responsibilities

Advise the Health Equity team to ensure activities are compliant within various legal frameworks Advise the BMS Foundation on non-profit and compliance considerations Support the Patient Advocacy organization Support the Corporate Giving team to establish a global strategy and ensure regulatory compliance Review outputs of the teams above to ensure consistency with public disclosures and compliance with legal frameworks Collaborate with market legal teams and therapeutic area legal teams to apply local market legal requirements

Qualifications & Experience

7+ years of experience at a public company or law firm; preferably experience in commercial pharmaceutical legal or compliance J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and license to practice law in the U.S. Strong judgment, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience supporting senior leadership and corporate transactions

Compensation Overview

Princeton, NJ, US: $184,540 - $223,613 for full-time employees. Starting compensation ranges may include incentive cash and stock opportunities based on eligibility. Final pay is determined based on demonstrated experience. Eligibility for benefits varies by role and location. For more on benefits, visit the career site at careers.bms.com/life-at-bms/.
