Manager, Corporate FP&A Company Profile

Key Responsibilities
Support the corporate FP&A function through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and support key business decisions. Analyze financial results, key metrics, and cost drivers to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Prepare financial reports, presentations, and variance analyses for senior leadership review. Collaborate with finance and business partners to align forecasts with departmental and company goals. Assist in enhancing financial reporting tools and dashboards to improve accuracy and efficiency. Contribute to cost management initiatives, capital planning, and strategic project analyses. Participate in the continued development of financial processes, systems, and best practices. Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning systems and ERP tools preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus). Employment details
