Compensation

Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience, education, and other qualifications)

Job Summary We are seeking a

Director of People Culture

to serve as a strategic business partner, working closely with leadership and employees to build a thriving and inclusive culture that aligns with company goals. This role goes beyond traditional HR functions, serving as a mentor and advisor while driving strategic initiatives in talent, engagement, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and people managers, delivering innovative HR strategies

Align HR strategy with business objectives through comprehensive planning and consultation

Lead employee relations efforts and foster a positive, inclusive work culture

Drive talent management by identifying and addressing current and future workforce needs

Support performance management initiatives including goal setting, reviews, and development planning

Collaborate on training and development programs to upskill employees

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws through updated HR policies and procedures

Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding for smooth transitions

Support organizational change and growth with effective change management strategies

Lead improvements in recruitment processes and interview facilitation

Provide senior management with data-driven HR reports and presentations

Perform additional duties as requested by leadership

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not include direct supervisory duties but serves as a mentor and advisor to other HR team members

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, organizational development, or related field

3–5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations matters

Proven success in strategic planning and change management initiatives

Solid understanding of multiple HR disciplines (recruitment, compliance, L&D, employee relations)

Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and business acumen

Fluency in Mandarin preferred but not required

Ability and willingness to travel 20–30% for company-related events, meetings, or projects

Education And Certifications

Bachelor’s degree required

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred
