Position Overview: Legal Search Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join a reputable family law boutique firm in Coconut Grove, FL. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with experience handling family law matters from inception to close.
Responsibilities
Assist in handling a variety of family law cases from intake through resolution
Appear in court for hearings and case management conferences
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
Participate in mediations, depositions, and settlement discussions
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Florida
3-5 years of legal experience (family law preferred)
Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
Comfortable communicating with clients during emotional or stressful situations
