We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications. Program CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages to create parts according to specifications. Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency. Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Keep accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Machinist. Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety. Salary info: $26 - $32 / hr
