The Scrum Master for Digital Projects at Client will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the Agile development process for our initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and product owners, to ensure the successful delivery of Digital projects. The Scrum Master will help the team adhere to Agile principles, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile Processes Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Sprint Planning: Help the team define sprint goals, plan tasks, and estimate effort. Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner to keep the product backlog well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints. Team Support and Coaching Agile Coaching: Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices. Remove Impediments: Identify and remove impediments hindering progress. Foster Collaboration: Promote a collaborative environment with open communication, trust, and respect. Project Coordination Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, risks, and issues. Continuous Improvement Retrospectives: Facilitate sprint retrospectives to identify improvements and implement actionable plans. Process Optimization: Continuously improve Agile processes to increase efficiency. Performance Tracking and Reporting Metrics and KPIs: Track and report on KPIs and metrics to measure team performance and project progress. Progress Reporting: Present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Risk Management Risk Identification: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Issue Resolution: Proactively address issues during the project lifecycle. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or relevant certifications (e.g.,
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) , PMI-ACP) is a plus. Experience as a Scrum Master with a track record of delivering software projects. Pharma GxP software development experience preferred. Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Facilitation Skills: Ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making processes effectively. Proficient in Jira and PPM software. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure quality deliverables. Continuous Improvement: Commitment to ongoing learning and improvement of Agile practices. Pay Rate
