Overview
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Travel. Location: Primarily remote with limited monthly travel (approx. 20%). Must live in NC, SC, GA, TX, MA, CT or FL. Salary: $85,000-$95,000 base + bonuses (up to $107,000 total). This role is primarily a telehealth position where eight out of every ten days you will be able to work from home, while traveling two days every two weeks to your assigned market to foster relationships with clients, families, and the team. You will have leadership support, weekly guidance from a Regional BCBA Director, and ongoing professional development. Responsibilities
Lead family-centered therapy for children with autism and guide the success of the clinical team. Supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality services. Conduct FBA assessments, set individualized goals, and design evidence-based treatment plans. Provide family training to empower caregivers with ABA strategies. Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to ensure holistic care. What Sets Us Apart

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field. Active BCBA certification (BACB). Commitment to supporting children and families with autism. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Compensation & Benefits
