Overview
Telehealth - BCBA Role with Limited Travel
Primarily remote with limited monthly travel (approximately 20%).
Compensation
$85,000-$95,000 base + bonuses (up to $107,000 total).
Location
Must live in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Connecticut, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia or Florida.
This role is primarily a telehealth position. Eight out of every ten days you will work from a home office to support children affected by autism. To maintain high quality standards, you will travel two days every two weeks to your assigned market to strengthen relationships with clients, families, and the clinical team. You will have local leadership, weekly guidance from a Regional BCBA Director, and ongoing professional development. This position offers meaningful impact and work-life balance. Salary + Incentives: $85,000-$95,000 base plus up to $12,000 in annual performance incentives.

Your Role as a BCBA at Butterfly Effects As a vital member of our ABA team, you’ll lead family-centered therapy for children with autism and guide the success of your clinical team. Your impact includes:
Supervision & Support: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality services.
Assessment & Planning: Conduct FBAs, set individualized goals, and design evidence-based treatment plans.
Family Training: Empower caregivers with ABA strategies through regular training sessions.
Collaboration: Partner with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic care.
This role is suitable for passionate BCBAs seeking meaningful work with flexible terms and no restrictive non-compete clauses.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Active BCBA Certification (BACB)
Commitment to supporting children and families with autism
Strong communication and collaboration skills
