Overview Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Travel at Butterfly Effects. This is a telehealth-focused role with periodic in-person travel to assigned markets.

Adventure & Flexibility: Join Us as a Traveling BCBA. Telehealth support for families from home, with two travel days every two weeks to your assigned market to foster stronger relationships with clients, families, and the team.

Compensation: Base $85,000-$95,000 with bonuses up to $107,000 total potential. Must live in NC, SC, GA, CT, LA, MA, RI, TX, VA, or FL.

Your Role as a BCBA at Butterfly Effects

Supervision & Support: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality services.

Assessment & Planning: Conduct FBAs, set individualized goals, and design evidence-based treatment plans.

Family Training: Empower caregivers with ABA strategies through regular training sessions.

Collaboration: Partner with therapists, educators, and professionals for holistic care.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field

Active BCBA Certification (BACB)

Commitment to supporting children and families with autism

Strong communication and collaboration skills
