Responsibilities

Lead financial reporting for cost, inventory, and sales analysis, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Participate in the monthly close process, preparing journal entries and closing related Oracle Modules (Revenue, Cost of Sales, Inventory). Prepare all post-closing inventory analysis and supporting schedules including monthly reconciliation of perpetual inventory records to the general ledger. Conduct detailed cost and margin analysis to drive margin improvement across the business. Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations managers to optimize inventory performance. Prepare key manufacturing metrics monthly highlighting key trends. Develop and analyze sales forecasts, integrating actuals, backlog, and projections. Oversee cycle counts, physical inventory processes, and variance analysis, identifying key trends. Provide critical ad-hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree or CMA designation preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in Margin Analysis, Manufacturing Accounting, Oracle and other financial software. Excellent analytical skills with solid knowledge of accounting principles. Ability to streamline functions and demonstrate a desire to learn and grow. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and manage at all levels of the organization; remote staff included. Strong problem solving and creative skills with sound judgment and timely analyses. High integrity, dependability, urgency, and results-orientation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Equal Opportunity
