Responsible for sending out client invoices Assists with overseeing the staff accountant and helps with month-end processes ensuring accuracy Heavily involved in financial reporting, including building management reports and creating new reports by project, customer types, and other metrics Handles month-end tasks such as prepaids, accruals, and various reconciliations, including cash reconciliations Assist with budgeting, cash reporting, and payroll Help with the automation of the billing process to increase efficiency Supports and oversee the staff accountant, who manages AP, AR, expense entry, basic journal entries, and allocations Background That Fits

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance 3+ years of accounting experience Experience with Sage Intaact preferred Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and projects Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced startup like environment Seniorities
