Overview
Financial Center Consultant II (Banker) – Stephenville EECU is seeking energetic, self-motivated and positive employees to work in a new financial center in the Tarleton State University area. A Financial Center Consultant II (Banker) will focus on creating an excellent customer experience, fostering customer relationships and cross-selling products and services to meet customers' needs. Responsibilities
Provide customer service and relationship management with a customer-focused approach. Understand customers' financial goals and offer tailored solutions. Outbound sales calls and cross-sell products to new and existing members. Meet sales targets and financial center goals. Handle account management, including complex and difficult interactions. Collaborate with other departments to provide referrals as needed. Educate customers on using EECU mobile banking as needed. Maintain a compliant control environment and follow procedures for the financial center. Qualifications
One to three years' experience in retail and/or financial industry or related field. Professional, self-starter, excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills; empathetic, active listener, flexible, energetic and optimistic. Retail sales or banking/credit union experience preferred. Ability to work extended hours including Saturdays. Regular, reliable attendance. Ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion and composure under deadlines; handle confidential matters appropriately. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Background check including credit history and drug screen as applicable. Full-time/part-time schedules available (hours as listed). Willingness to work at other financial centers as required.
