Financial Center Consultant II (Banker) – Granbury In-store. The role is located inside the Granbury HEB. EECU is seeking a Financial Center Consultant II that will create energy and excitement around EECU products and services, providing the right solutions and the right products for our members. EECU is dedicated to delivering excellence in service and begins with discovering our member\'s needs. The Financial Center Consultant II will rotate within the financial center to support our members with products and services as needed. You may be the first person members meet in our financial center when conducting teller transactions, but you are also the person who guides them – advising, suggestive selling and setting up their new products. The successful candidate will conduct consultative selling sessions: perform financial profiles on members to ascertain relationship expansion opportunities. Utilize indirect cross-selling report and internal opportunity reports as provided by management. Primarily this position will spend 70% of the time performing platform functions and the remaining time assisting with teller responsibilities. Responsibilities

Rotate within the financial center to support members with products and services as needed. Be the first point of contact for teller transactions and guide members through solutions, suggesting and setting up new products. Conduct consultative selling sessions and perform financial profiles to identify relationship expansion opportunities. Utilize cross-selling and internal opportunity reports to drive sales and service. Spend approximately 70% of time on platform functions and the remaining time on teller responsibilities. Represent EECU with excellence, building lifelong member relationships.

Key Qualifications

Proven goal achievement in loan production. Cross selling and referral skills are strongly preferred. Ability to deliver great member experiences in a high-interaction environment (teller line or personal banker). Provide a complete service and sales experience resulting in monthly sales goal achievement. Perform a broad range of member service functions including opening business and consumer loans/accounts and solving operational issues. Proactively initiate and support marketing initiatives within the branch. Build exceptional rapport with members through excellent service. Lobby coverage includes concierge duties, greeting members, answering calls, and directing to appropriate staff. Bilingual preferred – able to speak, read, write Spanish. Hours available Monday-Friday 9am–6:30pm, and Saturdays 9am–2:30pm. EECU will evaluate an applicant\'s credit history in compliance with applicable laws; only applicants with good credit history will be considered. If offered a position, a background check including employment, criminal, and drug screen will be required.

Knowledge and Experience

One to two years minimum experience in a retail or financial environment requiring high service standards and relationship building with members/customers. Retail operations knowledge (platform and teller operations) preferred. Strong communication skills for interactions with members. Enthusiasm, professionalism, ownership, and accountability. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good listening, problem-solving, and empathy skills. Relevant computer skills, solid math and written communication skills. College degree preferred.
