Overview

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Global Account Manager to join our Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) team. This role is a vital part of meeting client and business objectives and providing best-in-class customer service to clients. Through establishing and building trusted cross-functional relationships, Global Account Managers are a strategic and consultative partner to the largest advertisers and agencies in the world, helping them develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of products. The role has a focus on reporting, analytics, advertiser education & advertiser-added value management. Success requires media acumen, account management, and the ability to provide custom solutions leveraging our ad product suite.

Responsibilities

Managing a set of global accounts, including a mix of operational excellence, strategy, business acumen, client servicing and sales.

Galvanize accounts by partnering with Sales leads to drive revenue while providing longer-term strategic direction for regional teams.

Collaborate with Global Account Directors and Leads to meet account priorities and deliver JBPs and strategic value ads. Communicate account objectives to regional markets to ensure consistency.

Serve as a product expert, developing knowledge of TikTok offerings and advanced client reporting and measurement opportunities; unlock commerce and creative opportunities by ensuring client understanding of TikTok products.

Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Consumer, Content, Product, Revenue) to organize and implement complex global projects.

Lead trainings, client workshops, capability building, and storytelling to support sell-through in brief responses.

Lead the development and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Navigate a complex matrix with clients across multiple markets, from global Media leads to global Brand managers.

Build marketing materials to guide best practices across creative, ad products, and measurement.

Share global account trends, news, and insights to educate regions and steward internal knowledge.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience in client and/or project management, managing budgets, and media campaigns within digital media, advertising agencies, or tech platforms.

Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, internally and externally.

Experience working with internal cross-functional partners, commercial teams, and external client communications.

Strong communication skills.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations.

Proactive attitude with strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

Comfortable working in a startup culture with adaptability to changes.

Preferred Qualifications

Self-starter with fast learning and critical thinking.

Experience working with global partners in different time zones and cultures.

Passion for data and technology.

Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, DAR, MOAT).

Job Information Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93,600 - $156,800 annually. Compensation may vary outside this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one, a 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid holidays/sick leave/personal time. The Company reserves the right to modify benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
