$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Join a well-established wholesale distributor serving independent hardware, paint, lumber, janitorial, and building supply dealers across the Northeast. With decades of success and a reputation for fast, reliable service, this company is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to cover the New England territory. Based out of Massachusetts, this role focuses on building relationships, generating new business, and expanding sales across a wide range of independent retail accounts. If you thrive on being on the road, connecting with people face-to-face, and taking ownership of a territory, this is an exciting opportunity with high earnings potential and strong long-term growth. Outside Sales Representative Requirements

3–5 years of outside or territory B2B sales experience (construction-related preferred) Strong follow-up skills with a hunter’s mentality and ability to manage accounts Comfortable with heavy travel, early starts, and being in the field daily Ability to use an iPad and basic computer tools Hands-on, gritty approach to selling and relationship-building with independent retailers Self-starter who can balance farming existing accounts with prospecting new ones Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities

Manage a $5–6M territory of independent hardware, paint, lumber, and supply dealers Visit 8–10 stores per day to take orders, restock shelves, and upsell additional products Prospect new accounts through walk-ins, live prospecting, and research Pitch new products, promotions, and special orders while creating tailored solutions Handle order quoting, pricing, and relationship management with owners and buyers Ensure consistent follow-up to grow accounts and hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Represent a portfolio of over 19,000 SKUs, including national brands and exclusive private-label lines Travel throughout Massachusetts, with some coverage in Rhode Island and Maine Benefits
