Area Sales Manager - Minnesota Outstate

Stellantis . The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships. The ASM will serve as a liaison between the dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development including forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line, ensuring the dealer orders meet market demand and managing monthly vehicle scheduling to ensure maximum production capability within the area.

Responsibilities

Reviewing minimum sales responsibility (MSR).

Providing consultation on improvement opportunities, review, and analysis of dealer financial statements.

Consult with dealers on areas of opportunity to improve their retail operations.

Ensure advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines.

Ensure proper levels of sales satisfaction are present at all dealerships.

Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal goals.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

2+ years of sales or marketing experience

Lives in or near Minnesota Outstate or willing to relocate for the position

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Excel in building positive working relationships

Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement

Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals
