Responsibilities: Build relationships, project trust, service, and honesty, identify strategic long-term clients, and secure substantial and repeatable orders. Develop business with existing and new inbound customers. Create and manage plans to achieve sales objectives, profitable growth, and improve market share/image. Assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their projects. Serve as the contact for new projects related to prototyping and low-volume production. Guide our sales engineering team to develop quotes based on customer needs and ensure internal departments have the required information to initiate projects. Deliver technical presentations at customer seminars and industry events. Collect and report industry trends, competitor information, and customer events. Qualifications: At least 4+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying role. Experience in high-volume inbound sales roles. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting. CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems. Strong negotiation skills and results-driven attitude. High energy and a positive attitude to engage and sell to customers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
