I’m partnering with a rapidly growing organization in the food distribution space that has a true family-like culture and a strong reputation for taking care of both employees and customers. They’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales, build lasting client relationships, and help fuel the company’s continued expansion. This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional who thrives on both relationship-building and data-driven growth strategies. You’ll have the autonomy to own your accounts, identify new opportunities, and directly influence revenue—with uncapped earning potential through monthly commissions. What You’ll Be Doing

Present, promote, and sell company products to existing and prospective customers. Conduct benefit and needs analyses to identify the best solutions for each customer. Analyze sales data and customer insights using tools like Tableau to uncover growth opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly sales budgets (KPIs). Build and maintain positive business relationships across ethnic and mainstream markets. Drive outreach through prospecting and cold calling. Resolve customer issues quickly to maximize satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and secure new opportunities such as off-shelf displays. Ensure planogram compliance for mainstream accounts. Provide management with regular updates on customer needs, competitive activity, and new product opportunities. Stay current on sales best practices and promotional trends. What They’re Looking For

2+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding goals. Experience working with CRM tools (Repsly or similar). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency including Excel and order entry systems. Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused. Experience with merchandising and pipeline management. Bi-lingual (English/Arabic/Turkish) preferred. Why You’ll Love It There
